I can remember when Taibbi worked on the Buffalo _Beast_, and he's done such an effective job destroying his past reputation that he comes off as being as self-aware as a man walking around with a steaming load in his pants who can't smell himself.
I'm going to be real and admit I missed Owned being released, which is weird, it's totally my genre.
But now that I know Matt Taibbi is so mad about the book that he filed a frivolous lawsuit over it, I did the only rational thing and bought a copy.
