Just some kinda guy like this. Hilarious in person, just don't have the heart of a poster. Disability justice, trans rights, sci-fi, linguistics, I don't know. I'm interested in things. I'm not a real doctor but

One of the great heartbreaks of being in the disability community is how often we lose people and how many of our most powerful voices have gone silent. We must live our lives loudly and joyously in their honor and remember that our very existence is resistance.
Oh no I just heard we lost Alice. This is terribly sad. She was an incredible, talented, powerful voice of the disability community. She stood strong for herself and for all of us. She will be missed immensely.
‘Death remains my intimate shadow partner. It has been with me since birth, always hovering close by. I understand one day we will finally waltz together into the ether. I hope when that time comes, I die with the satisfaction of a life well-lived, unapologetic, joyful, & full of love.’

It's not weird for me to find new things to be anxious about. But it is weird that in 2025 I'm concerned for the first time ever that I might see photos of Bill Clinton's penis against my will

I did things out of order this morning and now I'm lying down in my bed like that's part of my morning. I made coffee but I didn't drink it yet. I'm really not good at mornings

ready (and cheap!!!) access to shit like ibuprofen is an insane luxury that all of our ancestors would fucking kill for and now our society is doing this bc it got bored
JD Vance calls ibuprofen "useless medication" and implies it's not "necessary, safe and effective."

I just don't know. I don't know if I have the balls to watch a Vince Gilligan show in real time. Being late to Breaking Bad was a huge advantage. But it's scifi and the fomo is significant. Maybe if I hold a stuffed animal

Big fan of James Bond: Robocop here
sure you can!

here's some other ideas:

1. James Bond in Hell
2. James Bond is brought back to life by aliens for some reason.
3. James Bond is a cyborg now, rebuilt from the ground up as one of her Majesty's final requests
4. James Bond has ALWAYS been clones
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Anthony Horowitz, author of three 007 novels, says:

“You can't have him wake up in shower and saying it was all a dream."

Neurodivergence kicked my ass a little today but it didn't hurt anyone and I've been doing this shit a long time. You know when I was pregnant and the nesting instinct kicked in, the executive function was incredible.

Anyway this tidbit is why SSRI’s can increase bleeding risk!! They inhibit serotonin uptake, which messes with blood platelet function, and have potential anticoagulant impacts!

Did you know that in Canada, if a budget doesn’t pass the government doesn’t shut down?

Federal workers aren’t furloughed.

Funding for social services doesn’t dry up.

Failure to pass a budget triggers an election.

It puts the politicians jobs on the line.

They get the budget passed.

Do I understand why Democrats held on for forty days and then caved? I do not. My sense of purpose, my focus on doing things I can do in lanes where I can do them, does not drift. My sense of purpose does not depend on elected Democrats leading; they will follow, erratically and begrudgingly.
