We believe the Supreme Court – which disgracefully refused to hear from trans people before its decision last week – has placed the UK in breach of its obligations under the Human Rights Act.

So we’re readying a challenge – join us:

Labour's new policy - of humiliating trans people by requiring them constantly to self-identify - we believe puts the UK (again) in breach of its obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights and will seek a declaration of incompatability. goodlaw.social/0r6l

Trans people in the UK can still use the toilets that match their gender. Yes, even after the Supreme Court ruling. Here's why:

We heard last week that the anti-trans lot write to Keir Starmer very regularly, some write at least once a week. And that’s all he’s hearing. He needs to hear from us. Write to him today, then put a note in your diary to write to him again next week, and the next...

Once you understand that trans women exist within the position of being both everything that a woman isn't allowed to be and everything that a man is forbidden from aspiring to, you understand how transmisogynistic violence works as a universal policing mechanism.

Goodwin said that 🇬🇧 making trans people out themselves was a breach of the right to a private life.

As was making them “other” in an intermediate zone.

So this is a pretty clear breach of both of those…

…and it overroad the margin of appreciation quarter of a century ago:
Asked if Keir Starmer still believes that a trans woman is a woman, his spokesman replies "no".

Says that trans women must now use men's bathrooms

It's amazing how much disruption you can cause by reporting literally every single person who goes to the toilet to the service provider.
Bridget Phillipson here, confirming that the government’s position is that trans women must always use men’s bathrooms when out in public.

Almost like kids learn performative gender roles through a brutal, terrifying, humiliating regime of legal, cultural, and physical enforcement, and then, as emotionally disconnected adults, make any argument necessary to uphold the system that took them hostage from birth.

cis people you can just do this

you can make it impossible for them to police any of this and all it will take is a trans flag badge
I'm pretty sure if I went into a public British bathroom this week with a trans flag tshirt on there is a good chance of my being told to leave, regardless of which bathroom I tried to use, or my 'biological sex'.

And that is the point.

I have plenty of fears surrounding the Supreme Court judgment, but if one outcome is that we see trans people accommodated with more gender neutral single occupancy facilities, I can’t help but see that as a win.
