OpenAI intentionally release products to a mass market that includes errors, manipulations and stolen material - cool, cool

But also spineless administrators who could be saying “we have well-established mechanisms for grade appeals. This is going through that process and there is no other story here.”
Universities can't function if they're constantly running scared of an online cancel factory and spineless politicians who won't push back. Should this student have received a bad grade? Don't know. Should the governor of the state be commenting on it? Absolutely not. www.oudaily.com/news/ou-stat...
OU puts graduate instructor on leave after student claims discrimination on Bible-based essay grade
OU placed a graduate student instructor on leave after a student publicly contested a grade and filed an illegal discrimination claim after she received a failing grade on an essay

The essay is online. You can read it.

The student didn't cite ANY SOURCES.

This is a BS setup. The student's mom is an attorney and "Christian podcaster."
Oklahoma University has placed a grad student instructor on admin leave for failing a psychology paper on gender for citing *the Bible* as a source of empirical evidence.

In response, OU has placed on instructor on admin leave citing, get this, the FIRST AMENDMENT.

Universities are cooked.

The BBC (in name of 'impartiality') has entered some post-post-truth hall of mirrors, in which it holds the Labour Chancellor to some epistemological standard so high, that nobody can understand what the hell it actually means
Chris Mason sounds utterly absurd, trying to turn the screws on Rachel Reeves while acknowledging that she has done nothing that one wouldn't expect a politician to do.

For context the 'Middle England' referred to here is the 0.5% of households living in homes worth more than £2 million

Do Labour MPs think they're gonna get away with doubling down?

Everyone is struggling. Meanwhile the super rich get richer.

No wonder they're spiralling. The alternative is here.

The OBR downgraded productivity by £16billion. It's not, 'made up' Zack. Have another read.

New taxes on remote gambling, dividends, a mansion tax on homes worth more than £2million.

450,000 children lifted out of poverty. £150 off energy bills next year.

Progressive choices. That's who we are.
Rachel Reeves says on Laura Kuenssberg that she's asking working people to pay a little bit more.

This was all under the cover of a made up "black hole" whilst refusing to tax the super rich.

This Labour Government showing again exactly who they are and who they serve.

One of the reasons I expect Reform to go worse in the UK than Trumpism is going in the US is that I think the UK has weaker civic society institutions. Our churches and universities are less rich, powerful, or inclined to resist, our media more compliant and uniform, our unions just as desiccated.

Imagine you have a choice between doing simple, popular things that will see your popularity soar but lead to bad headlines or between milquetoast technical tweaks that win no support but also lead to bad headlines. Imagine you could implement a popular Inquiry recommendation to regulate the press.
How the right-wing newspapers still manage to dictate BBC coverage.

Almost all of the Beeb's big post-Budget interview with the Chancellor devoted to asking whether she is a liar.

Next to nothing on any of the big measures announced this week

Under Kemi Badenoch the Conservatives have ceded both the answer to 'what's the lever I pull to get the left out of power' to Reform and are rapidly on their way to ceding 'what's the least nutty option available to me on the right?' to Reform too.
No response from the Conservative party to my questions about this and the post still remains on her account.

So apparently openly spreading anti-Muslim hate is absolutely fine now

This is, straightforwardly, false.

But his retirement plans are now in “disarray” and “ruined” cos he’s going to have to find an additional £208.33 per month?

He has £2-4 million in savings/investments but claims he is not “cash-rich” and his house was his only “pension”

Seriously @Telegraph, where do you find these people?🤣🤣🙄
