I love it when grifters say things like this. “I’m just a normal bloke who regularly appears on telly”.
This is the pub landlord bloke on GBN, by the way

The Starmer Drama has made me think about how our governments run and how we have designed a political system that makes the country inherently unstable.

We are running a leader-centric political system while pretending it still operates on party-centric rules—and that contradiction creates instability.

No, I still can’t get this out of my head, and I keep trying to grasp the full abyss of this idiocy, unsuccessfully.

Russia spent years, decades "fighting all of NATO," turning America into "radioactive ash" every night on state TV.

This is not a defence is Starmer at all who has handed all this terribly, however, it is worth keeping in mind that there is a small but loud group of people, many of whom work for one TV channel, who will not be satisfied until Nigel Farage (their media colleague) is prime minister.

Missed this yesterday. Massive boost for Ukraine’s arms industry, who have been pushing for export controls to be lifted. Creates even more opportunity to develop new equipment, innovate and fund the defensive effort. Great news.

During the downfall of Boris Johnson, I liked to compare it to how a Komodo dragon got its prey. A small bite which led to venom slowly taking down the prey over a period of time. The dragon waits and watches prey get weaker before finally ending it.

This is where the offside rule really annoys me. Jesus ran onto this ball and was taken out. Penalty not given because of offside. If he wasn't leaning forward he wouldn't have the same momentum to reach the ball. Offside should be where your feet are and not discourage positive play
