As all this disgusting Epstein shit starts surfacing more and more, I hope we don't lose sight of the fact that apparently every major media outlet knew everything and instead spent their time money and energy attacking the trans community.

the biggest lesson from the emails today is that powerful people are so unafraid of consequences for crimes as bad as “raping children” that they will just talk about it openly in emails

the only path to a better society is one where that is no longer true

Not one piece of exculpatory evidence has come out in Trump's relationship with Epstein.

Not one.

Every piece of evidence points towards guilt or complicity

Earnest post: there is increasingly direct evidence that Trump participated in child sex trafficking or at least knew about it.

He should resign, be impeached and removed from office, and prosecuted.

Even if you don’t think that WILL happen it’s important to say publicly that it SHOULD happen.

Impeachment now
Growing list of reasons Trump should step down:
- Cover up of his involvement in notorious sex trafficking ring
- Unprecedented corruption, self enrichment
- Tariffs are historic, unprecedented abuse of power
- Illegal desecration of most important global symbol of American democracy
Mike Johnson is really committed to covering up for Trump and Epstein

There was a formal allegation in court in 2016 by a woman who claimed Trump raped her as a 14 year old at Epstein’s house and that allegation got zero coverage. Truly zero.

I’d started to wonder whether the Epstein files were a bit of a macguffin, but no no they implicate the President of the United States in a pedophilia ring—and show the entire Republican Party as well as much of the federal government has been baldly covering it up. www.nytimes.com/interactive/...

I am on my way home to Toronto and the aurorae are absolutely phenomenal.

If you are anywhere in the northern half of the continent, get outside and look up! Or better still, put your camera on a 10 second exposure and point it up.

Commuting her sentence is horrible but at least we get to watch Qanons tie themselves in knots to explain how Trump would let the pedo off the hook. I mean it is literally their whole world that Trump is sent by God to save the children from the cabal of pedos, and he will do exactly the opposite
The fix is in.

Ghislaine Maxwell, transferred to a club med prison after Trump's lawyer met with her (and she likely spilled what she knows about Trump), is now being waited on "hand and foot" by guards and is getting her commutation application ready with help from the warden.

It’d be nice to have a president who knows how a single fuckin thing works.
Trump: "I want the money to go into an account for people where they buy their own health insurance. It's so good. The insurance will be better. It'll cost less. Everybody is gonna be happy. They're gonna feel like entrepreneurs. They're actually able to go out & negotiate their own insurance"

Why is the "we must be united!" hectoring directed at people who are mad at the Cavers and not to the Cavers? Everyone who's mad was united, then the Cave Caucus walked across the aisle and betrayed what the public had been told was the Dem position.
The sooner we get past internal recriminations and back to fighting united, the better off we all are — the likelier our victory next November.

Remember that the Oathkeepers brought grenades and other explosives amongst a shitload of guns on Jan 6 in hopes that Trump would call them in to kill their fellow Americans and overturn the election
New:

On The Gateway Pundit's podcast yesterday, Stewart Rhodes announced he's relaunching the Oath Keepers

He also urged Trump to “call us up as a militia" & "order us all to come together in our counties under his command."

A leader would not have lost eight colleagues tonight. This happened because you let it happen or because you’ve totally lost control of the caucus in one of the most important moments since you’ve been Democratic leader. Either way, it’s on you. You need to step down. We need someone who can lead.
Democrats have been fighting for months to address America's healthcare crisis

For the millions who will lose coverage
For people with cancer who won't get the care they need
For working families who can't afford to pay $25K more a year for healthcare

We will keep fighting

The coordinated nature of this—none are facing voters in 2026—means that either Schumer approved it or failed in his job as Senate Majority Leader to stop it.

Dems voting "no" get zero credit until they demand a change in leadership. Schumer out as Leader, Durbin out as Whip.
so currently defectors are:

Kaine (2030)
Shaheen (Retiring)
Hasan (2028)
Fetterman (2028)
Durbin (Retiring)
CCM (2028)
Rosen (2030)
King (2030)

Assume all the yes and no votes from Dem senators are strategic and not sincere votes. The party caucus made a decision. No way to know how many were in favor. Then the caucus decided who would vote yes and no based on what would protect each of them politically the most. That’s how this works.

Some people will never turn away from Trump, and it's not our job to convince them.

It is our job to mobilize and empower the people who see what he's doing and want him gone.

He is historically unpopular and weak. Impeachment is more popular than he is.
Ipsos finds Trump’s approval rating is decreasing almost entirely because of anti-incumbent economic anxiety. Approval rating among people who say the economy is the # 1 issue is -24pts since Jan. It’s stable for people who index on all other issues www.ipsos.com/en-us/lesson...
