Logo designers have a nasty tendency to update logos by making them more generic. I don't think anyone will get mad at the FLWBC in the way they did at Cracker Barrel, but compare their old, unmistakably Wrightian logo (red, below) with their new, could-be-anything one.

Disenchantment.
Given that apparently the Stranger Things finale was meh (idk, didn't watch it, just the scuttlebutt) and we're not that far removed from the disastrous GOT finale that retroactively made everyone have never cared about the show:

As I entered my 40s, I joked that I needed a mid-life crisis Corvette. Later, I decided I did want a fun car--not necessarily a Corvette, but something sporty. Now I just unironically want to buy a Corvette.

I've been geeking out about college admissions lately, altho my daughter is more than a decade away from applying. It's interesting--and refreshing--to see today's students have an easier time of getting into college, even if the fancy schools like my alma mater have gotten more selective.

Good question. Hey, @chicago.suntimes.com, how is this a "bailout" but regular road bills aren't?

Exciting news. Also, lame to see Fran characterizing transit funding as a “bailout”. You’ll NEVER hear that terminology used for roads and highways.
