we will never get past any of this until we as a culture/society/etc/etc are willing to entertain the idea that the profession or masquerading of christianity as the motivator for action is not automatically above reproach or interrogation...
as long as journalists and pundits act as if they are amateur political strategists & not people trying to understand and tell the truth about the world, they are going to take the implicit view that voters can never be wrong, which then demands endless explanation of their morally blameless choice

I deleted my instagram this morning, last social media app is BSKY, not sure how long I will keep it. I turn 50 next year & I’m tired. moving forward I’m focusing on my neighborhood & my chosen family, the small things outside my door. I’m too tired for anything else. No more strength left.
