Saw the first episode of The War Between the Land and Sea... and gotta say - its actually good! I don't think we're in Children of Earth territory here, but its very solid. I honestly will find it kinda funny if this show ends up being better then the rest of Disney Doctor Who haha.

Controversially, I don't think that if social media had existed that Montgomery could have lasted as long as it did. Bad actors and human nature would have spread negativity, trafficked in gossip, and torn down the leaders in ways that they could not do in 1955/56.

I think an important thing to understand about brofluencer ideology is that they do not just deny that being toxic and shitty makes you a less appealing partner, they insist that women are only genuinely attracted to toxic and shitty men and being kind will instead make women lose respect for you.
