go to yr favorite artist's shows. buy merch from them. buy their record on Bandcamp. if you're still on streaming, change yr relationship with music this year. it could drastically help artists!

One lesson from the Epstein–Mandelson affair is that we need to stop routinely rehabilitating political careers after serious scandals.

When politicians knowingly engage in grave ethical wrongdoing, that should permanently end their political careers. Being "talented" should not override that.

Normalize taking music lessons from your friends. You get to hang out and also support a friend in their life as a musician. it's awesome. They have a lot of knowledge.

Some of my favourite songs don't evoke an emotion. They remind me of friends.
Most of us got a song that says:
“This mattered to me. Maybe it will to you too.”

So we pass each other songs instead.

That’s not noise.

That’s people finding each other in the dark.

If you're talking about WHSmith - they're not going bust, they're moving exclusively to airports, which is where 85% of their profit comes from.
They avoid paying VAT each time you show your boarding pass with a purchase.

Security pro tip: if you find a USB key on the ground somewhere, DO NOT plug it in to your home computer.

Take it to the office and plug it in there. They have way better software that will mitigate any threats.
