These look amazing. I've used smt LEDs before now (1206 and sometimes even 0805) but only in the odd main character - setting an army fully lit up looks awesome!
1206 smt resistors might even fit inside your base instead of the through hole variety you've got placed on top?

I started scrolling "news articles" on Chrome browser recently.
Good god, how awful.
Every article is like one of these questions.
Just mindless, repetitive drivel, to generate clicks and views.
Most "newspapers" seem to be doing the same - forget the quality, we need more and more crap to read.
