“Living in America” isn’t some special award that we have to dole out carefully. It’s not a prize or a gold medal. It doesn’t hurt me to have neighbors like Liam Ramos. These people are such stupid freaks.

This shows up anecdotally in Nashville’s pedestrian fatalities, too, and it’s at least partially driven by our exclusionary land use. Cruel, avoidable, intentional. Fixing it is a moral imperative.

There are only 2 real responses to housing scarcity. You can either build enough homes to accommodate everyone or start drawing up a list of “undesirable demographics” to exclude. I know which side I’m on.

Oh and we absolutely have mini snow plows to do snow removal from bike lanes in Boston. Again this is from years ago (December 2020) as we haven't had much snow in recent years
