Lexus really outdid themselves. This is not the usual December to Remember. They really went with "giving a Lexus to your spouse on Christmas morning is a good and normal thing to do" but also "giving multiple Lexuses over the years is how you measure love across generations" while "Landslide" plays

My HS senior came home from the gym early because of a bomb threat. She has had an EXTREMELY NORMAL AND GOOD™ set of experiences with threats of mass violence:
Ninth grade: kid brought gun to school
Tenth grade: kid brought bullets to school
Earlier this year: shooter threat at school

My thought for the night is that with AI changing everything every three weeks, Silicon Valley has finally achieved its dream of leaving behind anyone in tech who isn’t willing to do *at least* 996.
