After the Rubygems drama, I felt frustrated that I can’t escape evil people trying to dominate my life.

It really isn't my job or the job of other people to help you deconstruct your trauma. We have our own. Processing trauma is a lot like defecation; we all have to do it to expel things that poison us if we kept it inside, but that isn't an excuse to do it on others and doing so ends relationships.

Alan Wake 2 isn’t just one of my favourite video games, it’s one of my favourite pieces of fiction ever. I think it is a masterpiece. Nobody is rushing out to replicate this because there’s no way to do that while also being a craven coward who only cares about ROI, it is simply impossible.
