People are dunking on this but all he's done wrong is be very open about the fact that Labours only plan for making anything better in any way is to ask businesses nicely if they'll do things, no worries if not.
This is all good and correct and I have just plain refused to pay fees for a decade (which is why I've shown like 3 times in that time), but it will never work because the art world is ultimately designed to push upper middle class culture & they don't care if the people who can't pay...
