It's definitely bad the UK has gone through so many PMs, but when you consider the actual rate of incidents that should be career ending we really should be on at least 3x that amount of PMs, at least.

Another pole session done. This was another one focused on conditioning and it went well. It's very clear my lack of strength is holding me back from hitting the next level but I'm happy I know that, just a matter of doing what I'm doing and I'll get there before long.
