It would have been something I'd have worried far too much about looking silly a few years ago but I realise that's one of the biggest traps. You gotta get silly, silliness is freeing.
Intuitive pole class down and I really loved it. A lot of mediative stuff, self massage, rolling around on the floor and really paying attention to how it feels, how your body feels while doing it. We did a little pole move at the end which was difficult but when it clicked, it was so graceful.

The point is that Polanski's Jewish heritage is barely relevant. Starmer is part of a living, breathing, challah-breaking Jewish community, whereas, Polanski's anti-Israel stance separates him from the vast majority of England's Jews. The cry of 'But Zack is Jewish!' doesn't cut it.

I have my first intuitive pole class tomorrow and I'm excited. A large part of my desire to learn pole is to carry on the work I've been doing to express myself more, let go of hang ups and the impacts of past traumas. I think a class dedicated to "freeing" yourself is going to be so good.

Extremely solid film that doesn't do anything too earth shattering but does the basics well. Stacked cast, good direction and a fun ending. Simply easy viewing, not one of the strongest 90s thrillers but it does show how strong that decade was for thrillers. 📽️ #Filmsky
