ICE seem more like the ‘Brown Shirts’ it’s too much like kudos to call them the Gestapo. The Brown Shirts were embittered unemployed men (WW1 war reparations killed German economy) useful to Hitler until her purged them in the ‘Night of the Long Knives’ in 1934 and transferred power to the SS.
