Per this report ICE has detained several witnesses
ICE attempted to order local police from the scene of the Minneapolis shooting, but the police chief refused and instructed his officers to preserve the crime scene.

You were elected leader to lead. Do your job, plus the (admittedly, slight) majority opinion among Dem voters is to cut funding to DHS/ICE. You're literally going against your base.
NEWS: While Hakeem Jeffries has announced he's opposing the DHS/ICE funding bill tomorrow, his team is not whipping the vote. Several frontliners are expected to vote yes. There's a difference in leadership between personal vote decisions & unifying the caucus.
