The difference between a judicial warrant and an administrative warrant is the difference between a $20 bill and a napkin that a fascist wrote "twenty dollars" on.

It’s 43 degrees in Minneapolis, so of course there are lesbian couples in tee-shirts hanging outside the anti-ICE neighborhood coffee shop.

El Paso is where a ton of ICE detainees from Minneapolis and elsewhere are being kept. Someone I know just flew in and out of El Paso to bring a detainee home this weekend. Wtf is going on

The thing about living in Minneapolis is that it’s taken less than two months for me to forget this isn’t normal. I spent the day thinking about where I could hide a family. I was so preoccupied thinking about the logistics that I didn’t have time to consider how bad it is that we’re at this point.
Friends from Minneapolis reporting to me that things are at the point where folks are being hidden in other people's houses and we are in the "again" part of "never again" which the "never" was supposed to preclude

Hello from Minneapolis. I kinda forgot Bluesky existed and I’ve been kinda preoccupied chasing fascists off from abducting people. Just wanted to say thanks for all the love that’s poured in from around the country.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen something so simultaneously absurd and disturbing: the House will vote
Monday on a bill that would punish Americans for participating in boycotts of Israel with fines of up to $1 MILLION or prison terms up to TWENTY YEARS.

Love! MS Choctaw nation thanks Ryan Coogler for authenticity of their participation–not just representation–in Sinners. One of the first lessons of the movie is the People trying to help white folk but they turned up their noses, paid for it with their lives and then spread death to the black folk.

This is now a Sinners account. I only wanna talk about Sinners.

As someone who never goes to movies, I just about died paying $49 for two tickets to Sinners in IMAX. But I know it’s gonna be worth it.

Every time I start to move away from vegetarianism, I’m reminded of the many reasons I stopped eating meat.

Might this be the book that gets me over my aversion to condiments?
Self-Pity post: I empathize with Bob Belcher. It’s acknowledged he makes great burgers, but he doesn’t have much commercial success.

My food aversion cookbook and guide COLOR TASTE TEXTURE has good reviews, I know doctors and OTs who use it in their practices, but I doubt it will ever earn out.

How about: free healthcare, access to robust reproductive care (incl abortion, obviously), paid family leave, subsidized childcare. You can keep your stupid medals for motherhood.
