So I’m taking a hard-earned brief break from reading for work and for school, and reading a novel just for fun and get hit with this:

There’s this Polish witches salve called Amol and it turns out if you layer it with lidocaine … Well, I can’t feel my face and I only put it on my shoulders.
I may or may not ever get up again but this degree of numbness feels rather lovely.
