Another resistance quilt finished this week. The eye is my own design, the letters are a fpp pattern by QuiltByNight, the rounded corners and black binding are meant to resemble the phones we the people are using to document the horrors and disprove the government’s lies about what they are doing.

We are still making very slow incremental progress with the snowbird kittens. We haven’t really had those big breakthrough moments you want to see like we did with the Sweet Treats, and Junco is very hissy when I approach. But they’re giving more soft body language and relaxing more, even for pets.

I’m not arguing with no account defending AI. My grandmother lives in an area being environmentally compromised currently by an ai data center. I remember the color of the lake before they built it and the sludge I see in it when I go to see her. Shut the fuck up about “the benefits of AI” forever.
