I was already certain the moral character of ICE agents was pretty low, but when I saw that not one of the other agents even attempted to render aid to a young woman who they just saw get shot in the face I knew the caliber of the men we are dealing with was basically sub human.

From first hand experience, same. Had two SWAT officers with gun pointing etc yell at the same time: "don't move" and "get on the ground." I can't do both. No one can. So those saying just follow the officer's instructions, fuck off.
