my hot take is that I don't think it's this website specifically that's toxic. the Circumstances are toxic and nobody really knows what to do about it so they come online and scream. and if I may offer an alternative: actually going outside and screaming feels better.

back in July while helping run the american solar challenge, I bought three dozen ears of sweet corn out of the back of a trailer on the side of the road on central nebraska and grilled them with the solar car teams in the rain. i'll be goddamned if that wasn't the best ear of corn i've ever eaten.
