Several people have died in ICE custody and because of ICE detention. Renee Goode’s murder is a crime everyone could plainly see but make no mistake, there are many families who will never see their father, mother, sibling, or parent again because of ICE.

I gave my 13-year-old niece a book of Shakespearean insults I got at The Time Travel Mart in Echo Park. Now she & her 5-year-old brother are nonstop insulting their parents in iambic pentameter. This is the spirit of Christmas.
