Remember the controversy when Obama was accused of intervening in UK politics? This is the current US government openly seeking to undermine liberal democracy in Europe.
There have been increasingly shrill accusations against the EU over its digital legislation, based on accusations of "censorship" by defenders of "free speech" -- including, so it appears, the right to peddle an AI app that seemingly produces child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

I really wonder how much of the time of these "peace negotations" is actually being spent on developing a framework for sustainable peace and how much on just carving out/drafting contracts for the business deals of the respective courtiers of Trump and Putin.

Coincidentally (?), Martin Niemöller also inspired the lyrics of Billy Bragg’s new protest song “City of Heroes” about the heroes of Minneapolis. Here: braggb.substack.com/p/city-of-he...

Please spread this far and wide, as stories don't get much bigger than this. When the government blocks even the intelligence services from telling us we're heading for environmental catastrophe, you know we have a problem. A very big problem.
Thank you.
