Super Bowl viewers Sunday speculated that 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos appeared in the halftime show. In fact, he has been in hiding with his family.

This is a early ACA regulatory decision — punting EHBs to the states — coming home to roost.

This proposed requirement will require states to either put up additional state dollars or (more likely) drop their state-specific EHBs.
