I am very excited for this #nba

Must’ve been a double because Murray shot two FTs. I think (?) even the single tech ejection only comes with one FT

Thanks, Scott

Any decided last season he’d become a Curry-level shooter and this season decided to become Kobe-clutch

Next season he’ll figure out how to cook fish like Eric Ripert

I mean, it wasn’t a better look lol

I would like AI to be able to flip flop the crowd noise for away games broadcasts so that if i look away and hear a cheer I can say automatically say “yay” instead of “oh no!”

Simply by arc length it seems like that should be an obvious T for the wave-off

I can never qwhite figure out when it’s called and when it isn’t…

Didn’t Bones get one last game?

The only thing that’s dumber than that rule is how inconsistently it’s applied. Hate it.

Jaden being an answer for the lulls in shotmaking is so huge

aligned lol

It’s XMas. Isn’t wearing ugly clothes part of the deal?

(I dunno cause going to the movies and out to Chinese food was my cultural touchstone for 12/25)

I kinda liked the idea of a unified theme with a sprinkle of team elements.

Although the OKC ones are super boring…because their regular uniforms are super boring…

I miss the XMas day special editions…

too unethical

Uhh, this remind anybody else of another prominent shoe / ad campaign?

XMas time is latke time at our house

It is so easy to root for the Spurs over the Thunder

goddamn it this is perfect

Karl-Anthony Towns both commits an offensive foul on every play and is fouled on every play. How the refs decide to call it? Schrödinger’s KAT

Happy holidays to everyone back in ‘Sota and may your year be as sweet as Honey Nut Cheerios
“There was a huge hole in the heart of the organization.”

Marc Lore, Alex Rodriguez and more go behind the scenes on the long, delicate process of bringing Kevin Garnett back into the fold in Minnesota.

Kevin Garnett’s Timberwolves return was a move years in the making
The process of bringing the organization's "Babe Ruth" back into the fold began long ago.

Sounds like fun! And is the difference between what’s likely to be a 12th or 13th pick and a 15th or 16th that big anyways?

I think moving the timeline earlier solves the biggest issue which is tanking in the last month. Teams could already tank early now, and (generally) don’t.

good lord this is awful
A small (personal) example of this book’s intellectual dishonesty:

My father-in-law is reading In Covid’s Wake, and excitedly told me he found a passage where I’m quoted. The quote in question is me saying the FBI worked to censor speech on social media.

Huh? When did I say that?!

And yet…some people are actually sharing good answers!

Mr. Cuban, I'm a professor at Yale School of Public Health. Here's a paper published by one of my colleagues in the top medical journal evaluating the Medicare for All Act, which would not only get us there, but would save $450B per year. Happy to discuss! www.thelancet.com/journals/lan...

No shock. This app has turned my mentions, and others, into mostly hate. But there are a few people worth connecting with

CRAZY how it's easier these days to have a real discussion on X, or threads, than on here.

I truly don’t understand one of the most well resourced people on the planet who has “disrupted” a key element of the healthcare industry seemingly using half-baked skeets as evidence we can’t do universal healthcare in this country…because…some people are mean? They don’t have all the answers?
I’m asking questions to learn more. It’s something I work on every day.

But Few want to discuss ways to solve problems on here. They want to virtue signal
Mark you literally ran a TV show encouraging people to think big and solve problems, and here you are whining “it’s too hard! How could we do it?!”

I think early lock is the best bang for the buck - it makes sure there’s no end of year tanking, doesn’t require much added complexity, and still achieves the parity goals of the existing draft setup.

There’s no perfect way to reward bad teams but it would be progress
