Probably vibe coded. Can we crack it like the Ren Faire? 🤔
literally the same technology to see the epstein files that ticketmaster uses for mlb playoff games

This is why in part i've given in to ai just doing everything. separate vibe coded interfaces to every imaginable bullshit format? sure why not
Trying to do a fun thing with some museum APIs and man...the world sure would be easier if there were standards (data formats) for everything.

(I know it's hard...the minute you settle on a standard it doesn't meet someone's requirements, but...think about how much more efficient things could be!)

You don't need to write about the vibe-coded game btw.

Somebody launched the "first 100% vibe coded playable game" on Steam last week, it's called Codex Mortis.

It has AI generated code, art, sounds, music and "texts", along with an AI generated trailer.

The game has 19 players on Steam, per SteamDB.

outside all the obvious shit i don't wanna repeat, i think if genAI is truly oh-so-fucking-helpful then the moment the ai industry crashes i better see you fuckers cranking out the 70 fucking games you got "conceptualized" and "vibe coded" in your back pocket, assholes

Are you viewing SAP Notes often?

Here's an early Christmas 🎁 from me to you

"No Nonsense Notes"

I vibe coded a Chrome extension. Tons of features 😀

- Go to address bar (Ctrl+L)
- Type "note" + TAB + note number + ENTER

Enjoy!

it's so very obvious that the OpenAI API was itself vibe coded and it's awful

This link's last section is for Algon, my only patron (I felt he deserved some kind of vibe-coded thanks).

But I suppose in a way you're all my unofficial patrons, because what are patrons if not the friends we made along the way?

hey, sign up for the new app i just deployed that lets you store all your financial data, passwords, and your deepest darkest secrets all in one place! it’s my first app, i’ve never coded before in my life but thanks to vibe coding, i was able to ship it in a day!

At the very least, if you're gonna write about it, can you make it the last "first ever vibe-coded game" article you write because this feels like the fifth or sixth.

inb4 "vibe coded slop"

Yes. I'm knowingly doing a 80% semi-sloppy pass at first so I can test and validate the idea. Once the path becomes clear THEN I can (manually) design robust abstractions and do spec-driven-development with tight guardrails
I'm really enjoying the ability to throw ideas into the product at-will and see what feels right

This speed of iteration was impossible before

tired, burnt out, still overwhelmed, horribly stressed, but i did it. the finish line of the year

1 year of full-time game development! holy shit

I'd like to thank the dying industry for pushing me into freelancing with a flexible schedule, and gen AI for giving me gigs cleaning up vibe coded slop

You vibe-coded a site. Content lives in markdown. It works.

Then your client asks for a login.

The Sanity MCP Server lets your agent set up and manage a real content backend in the same conversation you used to build everything else.

You’ll need a CMS eventually. Let your agent set it up. | Sanity
With the Sanity MCP server, your AI agent can now create schemas, content, and editorial interfaces from prompts.

its too vibe coded tbh lol, and its honestly quite janky because i dont know what im doing. works for my specific needs (which is what its finetuned on), but its pretty far from being an easily accessible system

We could do away with fossil fuels if we could find a way to harness the rage emanating from open source project maintainers whenever they have to deal with yet another PR that was obviously vibe coded
