I finally looking my age. Every time I look in the mirror I feel like my art aesthetics and fandoms look down on me more and more.

We don’t have an aristocracry in Indigenous spaces in Canada, but some families coalesced mirror-world celebrity & social capital during the Red Power movement & they increasingly move in spaces most FNIM will never have access to. So I would say they’re the ‘native bourgeoisie’ Fanon warned about.
