Israel is a product of Zionism, not the whole of it

Modern-Zionism today is broader than the state and not ideologically monolithic

There's a growing number of people advocating murdering public figures they don't ideologically agree with on bluesky. The right did this shit then they actually started killing people.

And some have already gone and done it. The left used to be "we are better than them"

not anymore it seems

I don't even like JK Rowling, I've never read her books. JK Rowling is an idiot when it comes to some issues, but as a classically feminist, she's ideologically consistent. That's literally the only point I made about her.

No questions! The viruses will do their thing! Hope it all works out for you in your ideologically-driven world!

So framing today’s Zionism as exclusively Jewish ignores who ideologically/politically enabled it & who continues to pursue it for different ends. For many Christian Zs, the project is not about Jewish supremacy at all, but about theological and eschatological beliefs, including Christ’s return.

There are excellent health/science reporters out there; their work is going to become ever more essential to sort through the conflict between data-driven and ideologically-driven messaging from RFK Jr's HHS.

Spot on.

The mix of evidence-drive guidance and ideologically-driven talking points is a toxic mash-up that will accelerate the degradation of trust in preeminent public health institutions - from CDC and beyond.

👇
The media needs to stop writing headlines like “The CDC changes course on vaccines and autism” and “The CDC defends measles response”.

NONE of this is coming from legitimate scientists at the CDC.

ALL of it is coming from RFK Jr.

Every such headline is causing further harm to public health.

They hate poor people and want them to die. I mean this totally unironically. They are ideologically committed to the idea that poor people are not deserving of a good life

The Black Panthers were many things. Ideologically consistent they were not.

Famously, ideologically motivated Armadas, sent by authoritarians, to foment regime change, have been very successful over the course of history

If you abandon your values to gain power, then what good will you do with your new power. Yet running ideologically pure candidates who cannot win doesn't help. The candidate must match the congressional district or state and be where the voters are at, slightly leading if possible.

I think we should acknowledge that a lot of hiring was ideologically based -- there are, after all, arguments for as well as against that. The first question I was asked so many years ago was "how does your research involve gender?" That was the time when you could still have all male German dept's.

Not saying it's any better ideologically, but the business of tabs is basically Vivaldi's mission statement. As an example. their merchandise designs speaks volumes.

Interpreting the outcomes of those factors as “voters suck” is far less serious. People know the status quo is broken so the ideologically unanchored will of course vote for those who can speak candidly on that.

Sure. The goal appears to be an ideologically homogeneous environment where swastikas will no longer be divisive or frowned upon.

Yea I don't think Resist Liberalism is really an ideology as opposed to "Dem party loyalists who are highly involved in anti Trump activities". At best you can say its divided between the more ideologically progressive Warren types and moderate Buttigieg/Biden/Harris types.

Rare I publicly call out another reporter, but @jilltucker.bsky.social of the @sfchronicle.com recent piece about Vallejo's school district, which I refuse to link to, has forced me.

It's full of misleading claims and omissions due to what I suspect is just lazy ideologically driven reporting...

We can acknowledge that ideologically the skepticism of state power is well-founded, we have countless examples of the tool that is the state being used for immense evil. We don't have to look further than it's current usage in every capitalist state that exists.

Short-sighted, ideologically-driven legislation in Alberta comes back to bite @daniellesmithucp.bsky.social in the ass. Many UCP (un)government policies in social areas as well as affecting business investment will make Alberta a pariah.

Silver really is just slowly melting down over the fact everyone agrees he's a fraud, huh.

But also I'm laughing at how he attributes Purity Politics to Hashtag Resistance Libs as if the no-substance hollywood posters aren't more ideologically him than the protestors he's describing.
Just say women. This is taking forever.

Ideologically he's not what I want, but this might have him in a position to understand how essential it is these ghouls die in prison and make reforms so this never happens again

Incidentally if you are in our fair burgh of William Pitt I recommend Phillips highly. iIt’s a family & ideologically I find it charming when the furnace lad calls his office & the lady answering is his mom. More practically they will teach you all about the things as they do their excellent work.

You have these people who are ideologically opposed to the idea of the government Doing Stuff because that's socialism, which crashes against the reality that private industry rarely Does Stuff that can't guarantee returns, which means it doesn't innovate!

Tradwives and their ideologically aligned sisters, the MAHA Moms, have propelled legitimate questions about food reform into the mainstream — but they also spread misinformation.

Tradwives' routines echo everyone from the 1950s housewife to the radical homemaker of the 2010s, to today's MAHA moms.

Donald Trump has triggered turmoil at the BBC exactly when its right-wing rival is feeling bullish.

His defamation lawsuit against the public service broadcaster is offering a boost to a newcomer the MAGA movement sees as ideologically aligned: GB News.
The big winner from Trump’s war on the BBC
GB News has caught the eye of the US president just as the BBC faces his legal fury.
