People keep trying to push me to ignore this. Even though I understand why others disagree with me and I respect their opinion and the arguments they can make, I think this is self-destructive and wrong.
Shot 11 of 19 from the field, efficient. Shooting 50% from the field for the season.

114-114, on the road against a strong Bulls team with 27 seconds to go in the game. Your 7'5" shooting guard puts the big guarding him straight on behind the 3 point line on skates and drains his 6th (9 taken) 3 pointer of the night, makes 2 free throws to seal the win, and calls game.

This is a deep team, strong on both sides of the floor. If they stay healthy, they will be a top 4 Western Conference team and difficult to defeat in a 7 game series. They have shooting, they're young, they have a superstar, and they have draft picks and have more cap space than any other team.

Defensively the Spurs have done real stars: Wemby first, Sochan is great, Castle is a strong defender, Harper can defend well, Fox can defend well, Carter Bryant will be a great defender in this league, and there is Luke Kornet. Sean Sweeney is an outstanding defensive coach.
November 11, 2025 at 1:05 AM
Wemby is third in double teams drawn, but with Fox back it will be increasingly difficult to double Wemby. Dylan Harper should be back in a couple of weeks.
November 11, 2025 at 1:03 AM
Eight Spurs were in double figures in the game against the Pelicans. Spurs are fifth in offense and sixth in defense and the backup big man protecting the rim, Luke Kornet, is out because of an injury but should be back soon.
November 11, 2025 at 1:01 AM
Stephon Castle is averaging 18 points per game, 6 rebounds per game, and 7 assists per game, Wemby is averaging 24 points per game, 13 rebounds per game, 3 assists per game, 4 blocks per game and shooting 50% from the field. Fox scored 24 in his debut back from injury.

Did he call for Schumer to be replaced without knowing? Did he blame Schumer when those people are free agents and he must know Schumer can't force them to vote correctly? Or does he know this isn't Schumer's fault, but he says it because it's monetarily advantageous for the Meidas Touch Network?
November 11, 2025 at 12:00 AM
People pulling that shit lose all credibility with me. It's disappointing, however, when a certain former federal prosecutor associated with the Meidas Touch Network called for Schumer to be replaced, then I am left with several possibilities, all of them bad.
November 10, 2025 at 11:56 PM
Therefore, nobody should be confused or think that these people are sincere or honest. They aren't. Their calls to replace Schumer have nothing to do with any recent event. No matter what happens, they are going to call for him to be replaced.
November 10, 2025 at 11:54 PM
Schumer critics oppose him for ideological reasons (not even Gaza since Schumer opposes Netanyahu). No matter what happens, no matter what Schumer does, they are going to call for him to be removed.

" He criticized Netanyahu for prioritizing his political survival and being "too willing to tolerate the civilian toll in Gaza." "
November 10, 2025 at 11:48 PM
"Chuck Schumer called for new elections in Israel, stating that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has "lost his way" and is one of four major obstacles to peace, arguing his current governing coalition "no longer fits the needs of Israel." "
November 10, 2025 at 11:48 PM
There are a lot of people here who are dishonest, some perhaps being funded by another hostile country. People who call for Schumer to go because of this deal when HE OPPOSED THE DEAL are dishonest. "The person you are replying to wrote the post in Portuguese. " followed by an offer to translate.

Jay sums up what we are all feeling; while the #SurrenderCaucus really effed this up, our fight isn't over. The pain is still coming. And we shouldn't let these eight cowardly Dems tank our entire movement.

Let's not be @senangusking.bsky.social and surrender when we hit a pothole.
I zoom in on the decision by the “surrender caucus” to clear the Senate filibuster over the shutdown, then zoom out to talk about what it means for the work ahead. Write up in the replies.

I mean what are people who live in New York City supposed to do?
November 10, 2025 at 11:28 PM
He is smart and is a good person. I believe he will be successful. I note that none of these comments attacked the substance of his campaign or gave any evidence to show why he would not be successful.
November 10, 2025 at 11:27 PM
Those are the main points of his campaign agenda and they are not radical. He ran a smart campaign and dominated social media. I think it is likely he will attract a lot of young, smart, educated, technologically sophisticated and savvy, talented staff.

" I do support these policies and I did support Mamdani for mayor in the election and it would have been very difficult to see how I would have supported anybody else given the staggeringly high cost of living for most of the residents in New York City.

These are not radical proposals or policies and New York City is too expensive.
