Sounds to me he is trying to stir the base up for supporting this supposed organized attack on the government. Which I thought was a grassroots effort to get better funding and conditions for education. Is it surprising it has become a groundswell of 'public' dissatisfaction with the UCP.

How would the Education Minister be able to get his hands on those petition sheets? They go to Elections Alberta and, once they are verified, the sheets are destroyed. I believe that he is suggesting that he would be able to do something illegal.

How do you “volunteer” for signature verification? Elections Alberta does that independent of the petition campaign (hence the request for additional funding that was rejected). Is he know saying Elections Alberta is biased?

I pushed the previous government to take this project up.
The mine has access to infrastructure, roads, workforce, hydro.

I genuinely don’t understand why crosswalks aren’t elevated to physically slow drivers down
Crossings like this with stop signs should have raised, continuous sidewalks to force drivers to slow down, and to flip the dynamic so that drivers know and consciously feel that they are on space that belongs to pedestrians.
Lastly, a pedestrian tries to cross at Wilton but neither side is willing to let that happen. #autowa
