What does it take to move 1000 people? Smart infrastructure supporting choices that don’t take up so much space (or produce so much emissions/pollution, cost so much public money etc).

Mobility in cities is about space.

It is utterly catastrophic that RFK Jr. plans to end CDC recommendations for most childhood vaccines.

It’s a betrayal of science, ethics, compassion, and the people of the United States.

And it was also a specific goal of Project 2025 (page 254).

Our Pantone color of the year will always be red. Its use was officially adopted in 1864, when the Red Cross was established as a neutral emblem to protect medical staff & facilities on the battlefield.

The Red Cross and Red Crescent emblems are symbols of hope. They must be protected & respected.

This is good, but we also need public health approaches to violence prevention, and to get to root causes that make life for women and trans folks more violent - including persisting permissive patriarchy that needs to be abolished so life is fair for all.

This entire grift relies on convincing people that they don't know how to do the things they have always known how to do, and ironically, if it works, we will, in a very short amount of time, forget how to do all the things we have always known how to do.
