I met someone at an event that the @canadianpeacemuseum.ca hosted, and she told me that she cut out my newspaper columns and passed them around her church group. I often wonder how many folks read the newspaper I write for. These moments keep me going.
Disheartening to see all these urgent, impassioned articles in serious and thoughtful publications warning about the American descent into fascism, given that most Americans don't read anymore. They barely watch television.
