The first time I clinically saw measles in my career was in 2018 while working for MSF. I never could have imagined we’d find ourself seeing uncontrolled measles transmission and losing our elimination status in 🇨🇦.

It was so great to meet with provincial legislators today as part of the OMA Queens Park day and talk about the importance of public health to protect all our health and as an investment to save $$$ downstream in the healthcare system.
