It is cool and good that American Evangelicals are finally turning against Israel, but my worry is they will weaponise the right of Palestinian Christians to live on their own land without fear to legitimise their pre-existing antisemitism. They are the American right, after all.

I've asked Jewish Republicans this. They either say they genuinely don't think Evangelicals are antisemitic (LOL) or that they know Evangelical theology is antisemitic, but they don't believe in Hell or end times stuff, none of that will happen, so who cares? Take the support where you can.

I must also add, there is a big distinction between Christians and Catholics. Too many people assume they are the same. Christians are those who don't celebrate a Holy Mass, don't use confession, don't receive the sacraments, etc. They watch Evangelicals on tv, or perform no penances for sin. JMO🩷
