Among other injustices, Senators in surreptitiously giving themselves the right to bring suit for damages, is a right possibly millions of Americans who also have had their phone records seized or examined, do not have, & in fact, likely are not even aware of such breaches of their privacy.

Consider if under EQUAL PROTECTION, if every American whose phone records were unknowingly seized or examined by the FBI, sued for $50k for each such action?
But that’s what this does, allows for a suit, not immediate payment.

Yeah! Let's work together. McClain voted against the Respect for Marriage Act codifying Loving v. Virginia and Obergefell v. Hodges, recognizing marriages across state lines regardless of "sex, race, ethnicity, or national origin of those individuals". Also voted against Inflation Reduction Act.
