Trying to hang out with my system more and take time to myself because of how bad my anxiety is (and bad communication isn't helping) and I'm glad we generally have been enjoying streaming and we feel motivated to do it because it helps our anxiety in ways mindfulness hasn't fjksjdks

Also I was expecting him to recommend me something to deal with my depression, anxiety or social fears but he recommend me mindfulness more than anything else. I like this guy! Thinks outside the box.
Remember that gentle and respectful male nurse I told about earlier? He has been chatting with me in one health care app. Really wants to help me find self care programs which would best suit for me etc. I find it amazing that he has been this helpful though he wouldn't have needed to after we met.
