#Anti-inflammatory
🔥Systemic inflammation increases with age and is associated with cancers and all-cancer mortality.

🏃‍♂️Aerobic exercise reduces cancer by decreasing immunosenescence (with reduction in Mki67+ immune cells) and by promoting anti-inflammatory factors. buff.ly/nF7r9xu

I suspect, after her initial inflammatory statement, it has been suggested to Segal that silence is a path forward.

Does Australia need to address anti-semitism? Absolutely.
Is Segal an ideal envoy?
Fuck no

I've had pretty much constant pain since I was t-boned last July. Herniated disks galore. Sciatica. Can't take anti-inflammatory so can't do physical therapy. What next? So sick of tests and weeks for the next. All in pain. Our healthcare system has been totally corrupted. Big $$$ out of healthcare!

I had a really bad health accident a few months ago that affected me physically and emotionally/mentally. After a few days with my rollator, a month of anti-inflammatory diet & 0 sugar, and new friends I finally feel so hopeful that I can recover again 🥹 feeling so grateful and sappy ;w;

Started feeling worse so went back to the er. This time they gave me some pain and anti inflammatory meds, as well as some Benadryl, as I had a mild reaction to the CT scan dye.

But still no definite prognosis, so next up is follow up with pcp.

pain is not expected really, if you feel increasing pain over the next few days that's not a good sign. Just some soreness at max is the expected but an anti-inflammatory and paracetamol should take care of that. static1.squarespace.com/static/56992...

There's an anti inflammatory food? Besides oral medications I mean.

Covid mRNA vaccines have a rare link to myocarditis adverse events (~30 cases per million 2nd doses).
Extensive work in mice shows two inflammation mediators that appear to be the mediators and a plant-derived anti-inflammatory (genistein) that blocks it

Inhibition of CXCL10 and IFN-γ ameliorates myocarditis in preclinical models of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination
Preclinical models of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination revealed a targetable CXCL10–IFN-γ axis that drives cytokine-induced cardiac injury.

Odd innit? 🤔 Nobody needs FAKE videos to discredit Kid Starver. He discredits himself every day.

More than 150 channels have been detected in the last year that promote anti-Labour narratives, as well as outright fake and inflammatory accusations about Keir Starmer.

Even in the darkest of moments, people like Rich and the Guardian manage to sink even lower. Anti-genocide protestors must be slandered in the most outrageous and inflammatory ways possible by connecting them to antisemitic murder. A truly reprehensible man.

Ok, so after the vets it looks like probably an abscess in his mouth, probably gums but back in for a check up on Wednesday. He's been given antibiotics and an anti inflammatory so he should be feeling better soon. Hopefully no teeth need to come out 🙏
He's looking to go outside now, which I'm taking as a sign of progress but he's absolutely not going outside in this weather in the condition he's in.
He's eating if I give him really tasty food (tuna and cooked chicken breast) so I'm pretty confident it's nothing gastro related at least 🙏 I think he's just got a flu or a bad cold or something. He's still going to the vet Monday I really don't like seeing him like this 😭

‘Concurrently, acetate, acting as a histone deacetylase inhibitor, influences regulatory Tcell differentiation & anti-inflammatory signalling.. decreased levels might also affect HPA axis function via the vagus nerve-hypothalamus pathway, exacerbating stress responses &
neuroendocrine disturbances’

could you try with an anti inflammatory topical cream perhaps? other things you could try is alternating cold/heat for circulation. it might be overcompensating due to weak muscles, so maybe this is actually something that could be fixed with very localized, low impact exercise

My brother is asking for more meatless entrees and I’m reaching the end of my recipe collection.

Hit me with your favorite recipes. Pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan; looking for no chicken, beef, or pork.

Anti-inflammatory is good for those with cancer so I’m trying.

I just had spine surgery and I'm not allowed to take any anti-inflammatory drugs for 6-12 months. Diclofenac has kept me going for the past couple of years and now I have to depend on f'ing Tylenol, which doesn't work. It's going to be ANOTHER rough year. Chronic illness sucks. Hugs to you.
