I’m not certain that - given the disastrous situation that has directly resulted from these people getting 96% of what they demanded - giving them 100% of it is likely to improve matters.

Here's an approach I've found helpful lately: when you're highly informed around so many people who are mis/under-informed, it's tantamount to hoarding to continue to input into your brain instead of helping to redistribute the education.
We've gotta start giving away at least as much as we take in
