I would honestly take sports gambling going back to being run by the mafia and dudes named Chet running a small sports book out of the back of a furniture store even if it means that every sporting event is rigged by gamblers until the end of time.

My kid asked me today if she could be a TA in my classroom next semester because she is thinking she might want to work with kids with disabilities as well in the future and everyone, I am so damn proud of her. She’s such a great kid with a great heart.

I am pretty sure that the last time I went two months without a cigarette was when I was 13. That was 32 years ago. I am more proud of myself for quitting smoking than I am for quitting drinking (I am also 22 months sober this week. Bam!).
