Here’s the bullet (or bullet shaped object) they found in Frankie this weekend. They said it isn’t affecting her at all so it can stay in. Had to have been there before we got her. No big deal, just so very odd.

Frankie is not happy that she has to eat bland chicken and rice for a week, but she has been eating up all the extra attention since her emergency vet trip.

She is resting peacefully next to me as I read. No more blood in her poop and she is eating and drinking again. Thank you again everyone for all your well wishes. She is so important to us and this was so scary.

Update if you haven’t seen my reposts, but we are taking her home. They couldn’t find anything on her X-rays (except for a bullet, which yeah) so we are giving her meds and she got a fluid sack and we are going home. She’s in the car resting.

My poor girl isn’t feeling well. Emergency vet told us to monitor her overnight and bring her in tomorrow if she doesn’t improve. Looks like I’m not sleeping tonight.
