The thing that I recall being very much well in the past is the premiership of Liz Truss.

There has now been 9 episodes of #BBCQT since it returned from its summer break

A Reform representative/mouthpiece has appeared on 5 of them:

Kruger - Nov 13
Goodwin - Oct 30
Dorries - Oct 23
Yusuf - Oct 9
Tice - Sept 25

But please tell me more about the BBC’s left wing bias

Since the BBC has apologised to Trump but rejected his demands for compensation, I would like to think that The Telegraph will think that this is a sensible way forward. However, some anti British journalist is doubtless thinking of reasons why the BBC should cough up and that it’s a sensible use…

Blimey. I’ve been with my people for over 40 years… 😬
My old place did a thing for my 60th and then I ‘retired’ the following March so did nothing. Not that I was ever in the office much.

In 1996 I did a little in internship at BBC Westminster. At the time, Robbie Gibb was one of the producers there. Even in that period, he was self evidently a pro-Tory apparatchik, who made no attempt to hide his agenda from his colleagues or even from the little work experience kid.

I’m sure a hospital radio station somewhere will have him.

The Telegraph being as anti British as you can get.

YES!
Robbie Gibb was appointed to the BBC Board by Boris Johnson, was an editorial advisor for GB News, and worked as Theresa May's Director of Comms.

He is not impartial or neutral. The government should remove him from the Board immediately to protect the BBC's independence.

John Le Carre was right about the British establishment and how the alumni of the best schools will sell out their own country for status and money and in particular a desperate desire for American attention

Robbie Gibb has to go. He was put in the BBC, IIRC, to give a Conservative point of view at a time when the right thought it wasn’t getting a fair hearing. The right is out of power here, making his raisin d’etre redundant.

Um, yeah whatever.

I’ve canned a couple of friendships with gay men as they were being manipulative beyond belief. Nothing to do with them being gay, sweet as that may sound. They just weren’t a decent human being.

Trump wants to destroy the BBC and take our money. And Nigel Farage is egging him on.

All true patriots should tell them both: hands off our BBC.

A small lesson from history: the anti gay section 28, enacted in 1988, was ‘red meat’ thrown to the far right in order to keep them happy. They came back for more. They always come back for more. And they never, ever stop.

It’s nice to see a patriotic Brit acting as handmaiden for a foreign head of state. I wonder when Nige will suggest that Britain would be better off as the 51st State?
Mail Online reports Nigel Farage says that the BBC may have no future.

He imagines bringing to an end century of public service broadcasting in the UK - because the populist politician and his US political ally Donald Trump do not want the BBC to survive

No thanks, Nigel.

Maybe Keir should demand the heads of major US news networks any time they imply Britain is on the brink of civil war or that we live under sharia law. Or does it not work both ways?
