my most woke opinion is that taxing the rich to fund common sense social safety nets is good, actually (I'm an economist, so this is a big deal) (although it's not as impactful if you have to explain it) (but I'm an economist, I like explaining things)
I think the problem the Democratic leadership faces is that the party's base has absolutely no problem with throwing all of these corrupt mfers in jail.
