If you are uncomfortable with the sex you were assigned, you should try HRT. The most wild thing I see when the “you don’t need hrt to be trans” thing rears its head, is that HRT will simultaneously do nothing to fix their dysphoria AND change their body so quickly that their life will be ruined.
