Like you know some meds technically still work when a bit old, even if you shouldn’t really use them, you can in a pinch? Not estrogen HRT.

What’s hurt Democrats long term isn’t promising undeliverables, it’s prioritizing the desires of corporate interests and big donors above the needs of actual voters.
