As you can see I've bonded with the local Buddha. He was the first person to tell me that they're not eating the dogs. No words were necessary. Have you ever seen Buddha roll his eyes?

I know a lot of people don't care about our country's history, but in history class they probably heard about "taxation without representation." Trump is doing that now, raising our prices without giving Congress any say.
TARIFFS ARE TAXES ON AMERICAN CONSUMERS!

A poll-driven view of politics [and as a Data Person I often fall in that trap] can blind you to the basic human (*and* strategic) fact that the assertion of strength can *increase* strength.

The 2nd paragraph is IMHO the perfect tone for organizational messaging today.

Let’s be clear: ICE injured and detained the president of SEIU California for peacefully observing.

ICE picked the wrong side. The wrong state. The wrong person. and the wrong union. David Huerta stood up. And now 750,000 SEIU workers are standing up behind him.

The bottom 50% control $3.8 trillion in wealth.

Read that back.

“If today the Executive claims the right to deport without due process and in disregard of court orders, what assurance will there be tomorrow that it will not deport American citizens and then disclaim responsibility to bring them home?”
