The removal to federal court is what SCOTUS is favoring by siding with anti abortion centers as having a first amendment rights when challenged by states under similar statutes. Not that the political hacks on the court won't find some insane way to distinguish it.

This is a political and completely baseless lawsuit. The medical orgs are utilizing their fundamental 1st amendment rights to engage in scientific and medical speech. They should get this removed to federal court and get it dismissed.

What sticks out to me is how absolutely unafraid of prosecution this psychopath is. Part of it is narcissistic personality disorder, but it's mostly the perceived weakness of Democrats. Should they retake power, no one expects Democrats to hold anyone accountable.
