Last night, I made a pot of black eyed peas and ham for the first time in ages, and it's some of the best I've made. Even better as leftovers, as these kinds of things tend to be.

In case anyone is popping by wondering why a ham radio operator is just reposting ham food pics - I do also post a letter each day-ish to help learn Morse code and the NATO phonetic alphabet, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to keep that thread up higher, without pinning it.😆😅

I swear opening a Baofeng radio box is like breaking an egg - there’s is no way to get everything back in the way it was before that lid popped open!
