I had a very mild infection I was barely sick my only symptom was migraines and my other infection was asymptomatic and I ended up with severe long covid that took me 3 years to recover from. Gave me autoimmune diseases and an autoimmune response similar to lupus.

If you’re not sure if you might have ME/CFS (say, you haven’t been feeling right since you had a case of Covid), luckily the diagnostic criteria are clear enough they can be summarized in one tweet!
US Diagnostic criteria:

1. Fatigue unrelieved by rest leading to functional impairment lasting at least 6 mo
2. Post-exertional malaise (notable, sometimes dramatic worsening of symptoms after physical/cognitive activity)
3. Unrefreshing sleep
4. Cognitive impairment and/or orthostatic intolerance

Confederation is like a family. Ultimatums, threats and escape plans are not a way to make a family work.

Premier Smith should ask herself what her intentions are here. Is she comfortable with where this might lead?

Are we, as Albertans?
